Same here ! I've owned and driven about two dozen cars/trucks in the past 45 years, only four of which
have been Fords/Ford products
(Mercury/Lincoln), one VW Beetle,
one Toyota, and all the rest were
Chevies, Buicks, Oldsmobiles, and
one GMC 3/4-ton, 4x4 pick-up !

The “Tow” button prevents the transmission from going into overdrive and makes for poor mileage, if you have a light boat it probably isn’t needed on heavier boats you should definitely use it in hilly terrain. You can tell if you need to use it by watching your temp gauge (many come with a transmission temp gauge as well) if the temp goes noticeably higher push the Tow button and remember to use it when driving under similar conditions until you know when it’s needed. When in doubt push it.
PS I’m a retired ASE Certified Master Tech and I drive Fords while my Mrs. needs a Dodge.

Yea I used the tie button in my Silverado.
I used back up camera and got within an inch of my trailer hitch. Like it.
That back up assist looks sweet
I had to buy the target decal. Not bad. $18.

Well finally did it
Picked up a new used truck this morning
2018 Ford F-150 XLT
Turbo charged 6 cyl.
Bells and whistles I haven’t figured out how to use yet
Didn’t realize I had a sunroof till I got home.
Back up camera is nice. Pulled right up to the boat

Wife said it don’t match boat. Guess I’m gonna have to get a new boat.

Nice rig!! I’ll take the old boat. Lol. Congrats 🎈🍾

Hey Ben. I know you said your arsenal is complete, but if any of the rods don't match the truck...? Just sayin...

Sweet. I have the same in white. Still haven’t mastered the backup knob. Remember to engage the “tow” button while dragging your boat.

They are nice, I've got the Platinum in pearl white
I'm not sure a boat has enough drag to make that necessary, mine has the 340hp 5.0 and it doesn't seem to know the boat is back there, the tow button got used with a 9500lb 5th wheel.

I like the fart sucking air conditioned seats (pulls air through the seats and filters it, no kidding)

Those backup cameras are the coolest thing ever, I can put it right under the hitch, I would never be able to do without that now.

No need to get upset, guys ! Just a little friendly 'chain-yankin' goin' on between our Ford and Chevy fans !

Some like Fords, most like Chevies, and a few actually like Mopars ! No accountin' for taste, I guess !

Good looking Pickup Ben! That should do the job just fine. I Don’t think I have a preference on Trucks, I’ve almost had them All. I still have a Ford Crew/F350 w/7.3 for towing my Wife’s Livin’ Quarters Horse Trailer & a Chevy CrewCab 2500 for towing my Camp Trailer and my little boat. They All have a purpose and that works for me. Have Fun learning the new upgrades and stay safe. You’ll love the backup camera.
