Thanks I'm going to enjoy covering all those points always good to meet new friends along a journey of fishing.
I do want to enjoy the veiws of Different lakes . I love the great outdoors.
I've got two on my list...GT (ulua) and a Wahoo (ono)...spending a week in Maui in August and going out for a one day offshore/bottom - 90 minutes trolling to the reefs, 3 hours on the reefs and 90 minutes back in. Hopefully I get one of the two :-)

Maybe my bucket list is a little different. To start mine I want to fish a lake I fished when I was 16 years old and I've got reservations to do it and the date is approaching quickly. April 22 Park Lake Washington opening day for Rainbow Trout. I am taking my son and daughter and my daughters 2 kids. I've paid for the whole trip including a boat which I didn't have on my first trip. My second bucket list trip isn't set in stone yet but it'll be a trip to another boyhood lake. Mosquito lake in Northeastern Ohio where I've caught more Crappies than I can count and 1 nice Walleye. I want to redo the Walleye. That trip will be this summer sometime. If I live thru these 2 then I'll work on a trip to Wyoming and maybe trip to Elko Nevada. Anyway each year as long as I'm able I'll fish another memory memorable early years trip. Oh and I can't forget a stream in Pennsylvania. The trout were small but the deer coming down to the stream to drink made that trip memorable.

Only got one left..........Double Digit LMB
Just crossed Reel foot lake Tenn. off my list last week. Fishing buddies treated me to a guide, at 83 getting a little tough getting in and out of a boat. Perchzilla lake in Spain will probably never get done. Supposed to have perch over 5# there. Good luck to everyone on completing their list be it lake or fish.
You don't necessarily have tro complete everything. It doesn't hurt to have one or two more left to do. Just Sayin...RJS

I've caught both. Wahoo off Kaua'i and those ulua (not what they were called but that's what they were) from shore in Massawa, Eritrea (Ethiopia at the time) on the Red Sea. Both tremendous game fish, but pound for pound those trevallies (ulua) put most other fish to shame. Maybe comparable to permit in the US? Both very very good eating. Good luck.

Ulua are the most sought after fish by shore fisherman in Hawaii. Also, a lot of fun to spear and hang on too for a nice ride. Wahoo in Hawaii are the best tasting fish there is IMO

Yes, mine was on a company sponsored trip. All I had to pay for was the guide. Just Sayin...RJS

Wahoo is on my bucket list I have had 2 on and missed. While I am still able to handle one I want one. I got my big Cobia 2 years ago crossed that one off.

Yep ! Mine consists of several levels;
first are local lakes I want to hit for certain species, like walleye or pike,
followed closely by certain
saltwater species like snook, BIG
'reds', tarpon and mahi-mahi !
Third level is people/locations I'd like to meet/try ! There are people on this Forum that I would really love to meet, fish with and learn from (and maybe share a few beers with) !

RJS, a "bucket list" is a list of stuff you want to do before you "kick the bucket". So it would be a list of fish you've never caught but that you would like to before you sign off. You've never seen the movie with Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman? Do yourself a favor. A couple of true craftsmen at work.
Only one fish on my list. A taimen. If you don't know what that is, google it.
Taimen ? Heard/read about 'em -
some type of Siberian salmon
species isn't it ? Supposedly the
best place to catch the big ones
is the Kamchatka Peninsula, if
I'm not mistaken !
