Doesn't take long to find someone in worse shape. I'm thankful that I'm still reasonably mobile. I have a future son in law thats been in a wheelchair for over 20 yrs. Flipped his jeep n broke his back. He's one of the best wood workers I've ever seen. Our daughter gets him to go to places he'd never went before. They are good for ea other. He fishes with his dad. They have a lift to get him in n out of the boat.

Thanks Dozer. It's amazing what people with courage can accomplish while those w/o disabilities sit and whine. Best part Donnie has fit into our family just fine n we all fit into his family as well. His dad has a place on the lower Potomac on the Va side. Donnie n i went down for 4days in 2019. Pop has a 24' Carolina. We went striper fishing every day. Come in pull some crab pots n eat great food. We planned on going last yr but covid screwed that up. We're planning on this yr. 1st night there i walked out on the dock with a cup of coffee n the only sound i heard was water splashing against the headwall. What a feeling. As they say PRICELESS. Y'all stay safe

If you are feeling old perhaps you can find some inspiration in this music video featuring Clint Eastwood. The song was written by Toby Keith after spending some time with 88-year-old actor-director-filmmaker, Clint Eastwood. Toby asked Eastwood, ā€œwhat keeps you going?ā€ and he said, ā€œI get up every day and donā€™t let the old man in.ā€ The scenes in the music video are from Clintā€™s latest movie ā€œThe Muleā€.
