Don’t let the old man in.”

If you are feeling old perhaps you can find some inspiration in this music video featuring Clint Eastwood. The song was written by Toby Keith after spending some time with 88-year-old actor-director-filmmaker, Clint Eastwood. Toby asked Eastwood, “what keeps you going?” and he said, “I get up every day and don’t let the old man in.” The scenes in the music video are from Clint’s latest movie “The Mule”.

Well I still like to look at the pretty ladies, fish when I can and think of the wild things in the past. But as far as "Aging or Not", I guess I'll try and keep aging, the alternatives aren't to bright.

Very true. I think back on some the stunts i pulled in the past n wonder how i survived to live this long. What we take for granted in youth becomes a precious thing with maturity. Cute girls n fishing are nice things. At least i can still catch fish

Thanks Gordon. Yeah, it ain't over 'til it's over. I'm glad that I went to go see a "Gastroenterologist" recently. She told me to start using a "fiber supplement", so I did. I'm thinking that I wish I'd had been told that, several years ago. ... Maybe somebody DID suggest it, but; it weren't no Dr., and so, probably just got ignored.
Sure has helped with the clearing up of the "S.E.S.S."!!!

Yeah, it’s hard to get the body to coincide with the mind. The mind says I can... but the body says you won’t...🤷‍♂️🐟on

Sure is but i figure i may as well enjoy doing things i like n deal with the pain. Better than sitting around doing nothing n still having to deal with the pain. Sounds like many on FS are fighters 👍👍

Dont have many aches or pains, the ones I do have I put up with, still work around the house, fishing, hunting and hiking. Waiting on the new hunt site to build a hut there. Have no intentions of slowing down.

I’m sure that the majority of us on FS are on the same page, and push through the pain to fulfill our wants and needs. After all we’re “Knuckleheads”. But then again some don’t have that option but do the best to their abilities. And that’s ok too...👍🏻🐟on
