I agree, but the young lady is married, with children ! Were
it my fish, I'd blow that photo up and frame it, then mount a brass
or gold plaque on it with all the important, pertinent information, and let it go, which I believe she did (release it) !

Apparently, sweet young things like her, among others ! If you missed it, I've posted a few
stories like this recently,
regarding lake trout, muskies
and one huge tarpon !

Shore lunch Cajun is great for any fish. A light dusting and pan fried or deep fried. Easy and delicious. I will take a northern over a walleye both for fight and eating.

Roger that. I fillet them, usually taking 5 fillets. One from the top, two at the rib cage, and two from the tail. Only have to worry about the β€œY” bones on the two from the ribs, but they com out easy with 2 cuts.

Just seen the program with jeremy wade meet up with a chef who's trying to get more of america into eating asian carp...you know, one of the invasive species thats practically taken over a LOT of our waterways...rivers like the Mississippi for one. The chef has them in fillets or his special carp cakes...no bones guaranteed. And the best part? fried and delicious.

Well, that's certainly ONE way to get rid of nuisance fish; just EAT them out of existence ! Carp, anyone ?

i'm willing to help out. I never thought all them videos of people in their boats having fish jump up and hit them in the head and face are funny, either. I know a lot of folks dont mind laughing when it happens to someone else...but a fish that weighs several pounds will ruin a vacation or time on the water if stitches or hospitalization's required.
