Thanks Al. Don't know which group yet, but we're thinkin of settin up something with the organization we choose and will be able to donate to them directly. At that time I would feel comfortable with giving out my credit card #.
I'll try to keep everybody informed and up to date on what we decide and which organization we choose.
Any other thoughts on which organization?

As long as it's a reparable org. it should be safe. Just make sure it's a one time donation. They usually state that their site is secure. Would be the same as ordering from Sportsmans guide etc. Mike

Thanks OJD. I've been checkin those out and just don't know which one to choose. Several like "Project healing waters" is just about fly fishing. So IDK if the guys and gals would be OK with one like that or they would rather support one that covered a broader fishing audience.
How do you feel?

Saw, sent the list to MT and let he and Pam choose. Mike

Thanks Tbag. I believe both are good org. It's just a matter of which one we want.

Project Healing Waters in MS has 2 regions. Foxworth is pretty small. Doesn't show on MS map. Anyone know which part of the state Foxworth is in? That would determine which region we want to donate to in his name. Just a thought.

Foxworth is an unincorporated community and Census-designated place in Marion County, Mississippi. It is located near the intersection of U.S. Route 98 and Mississippi Highway 35, approximately three miles southwest of Columbia along the west bank of the Pearl River. The community is named after Frank A. Foxworth, one of the first white settlers in the area.

It's in the south lower center part of the State about a quarter way up from La. border.

I know brother, but thanks so much for tellin everybody else where it is. I'm really just pretty whipped from all this today. Wayne, MT, and I are kinda close and it hits pretty hard. Right now I could use all the help I can get with all this. At times today it's been really hard for me to see the keyboard if you know what I mean.

Saw, if I can help in any way, just let me know. Pm me tomorrow. I have an idea which could result in a strong response on MT's behalf but I need your thoughts on it first.

I sent that to you figuring everyone else would see it. Tried to send the map but couldn't.

I know what what you're dealing with. My wife is going down hill quickly and I'm at my wits end trying to get her help and the Medical community don't seem to give a darn. At any rate I've got you, MT and Pam in my prayers.

One thing you might ask MT is if Pam is going to be ok financially. Just asking. Mike

Hi Steve. Count me in. I'll go along with whatever the group decides. Not to go a different direction but if the family needs any help we could do a go fund me page. I don't know anything about it so won't be any help.
The original update topic is not listed, probably will be posted again tomorrow. I saw your update and searched the original thread. Thanks for getting this going for MT.

Thanks so much David. I talked to MT today and we discussed just that and he said she will be fine financially. I thought of that also.

OK GUYS, I'm done for the day. I'm just worn out and will start in tomorrow.
Thanks SO much for all the help y'all have offered. We'll decided tomorrow maybe and see if we can get started on donations. OR start Monday after I hear back from Healing Waters. Either way, I have to call it a night . I'm just worn out and drained. Talk more tomorrow. Thanks, good night.

Thanks Spirit . We need to get it figured out soon.
How bout it guys, anybody else?

Sorry to be late on this thread, but count me in. Having heard of them, I'm with Spirit on Project Healing Waters. Keep us informed as to what's decided.
