Tuna sushi? Or just seared on the outside and cold in the center like a good steak?

Please go back to your profile page and put in your city and state. Us newbies have a hard time getting to know each person. I got a name but don't know where you live (general area). It sure would be nice when you post what area your talking about. Thanks and tight lines.

Lightly seared. Do not over cook. It will dry out

It's not half bad. They give you hush puppies with your meal.
Wife and go there for lunch at times if we are in the area.

Yes, I've tried Long John Silvers. It's pretty good also.

I tried Calamari at the Olive Garden, but really didn't know what it was at the time. Someone said it was Octopus. I wouldn't have eaten it if I'd known that, but it was good.
Also for the cheaper fish at Captain' Ds. The country fried fish from there isn't as greasy & doesn't have as much batter. My very favorite is Red Lobster. Like any fish they serve.

Have you tried the coconut battered shrimp?
