You welcome hopefully they open up soon I am ready to get out there

Curious about when beach cast fishing will also open up and be permitted. Is there an early run of bass and blues due to a fairly warm winter?

I would like to get this out to New Jersey fisherman. I called the Dock Master at Atlantic Highlands
Marina. The launch ramp is legally open. If you have a boat you are good to go.

I don’t think I’d count on “normal” any more. Those with sticky fingers and no compassion for anyone other than themselves are seeing a trend they’re liking. They have the position and power to make life hell on the rest of us and they’ve proved it once again. Probably never be the old “normal” again.

I agree. I’ve been afraid from the beginning of this mess that this is the new normal. Between all the talk about the zombie apocalypse in the last few years, and all these people who are so willing to trade their freedom for “safety”, we’re screwed.

The beaches are suppose to be opened tomorrow here. But the beaches in Charleston are all barrier islands and the mayors on Folly, Sullivans and Isle Of Palms said they will not open them. So much for open beaches.

When I was a young airman back in 1985 , parking was limited you had to park a good ways away from
The squadron door . But right in front of the door there were signs the read ,

Now this really pissed off the enlisted guys who walked a good way s from
Their parking area .
So one morning I hear the commander yelling from the ops desk . So I run down to find out what’s going on . He’s screaming about heads being on a post or some bs . I look out the window to see a crowd gathering around the parking signs . I run out and there next to the first Sargent sign is a sign that read : AIRMAN INCARGE OF NOTHING !
I just thanked God somebody had the balls to do that!

The only thing airmen we’re in charge of was making sure all of America was safe. It’s not a big deal to put their lives on the line so “commissioned” officers could have special parking privileges at the officer’s club.

Stop me if I'm wrong a number of years ago beach front residents in s NJ put up fences to keep all out so people just walked in the surf around them. The owners tried to have the peeps arrested for trespass court ruled against the owner you can own property not the ocean. Jenkins tried that too and people just came earlier or further down the beach front then in. But if they left for a drink or bathroom break . You had to pay to walk back. Parking in Joisey heck with house renting I wanna open a parking lot near the amusement parks

Seems since they had an unhappy life (they created) they are making sure yours is just as rotten. If they get in people it is the end of having a smile on your face and having the freedom to do anything.

I believe the federal law is beachfront property ownership ends at the high water mark. Below that is public property, open to all. That goes for hotels or resorts also.

But watch your tides, may wind up trapped somewhere you don't want to be!
