I haven't seen a Homelite motor for a while. Do you know who made them? It looks like it might have been made by Chrysler. I think this boat might give you something to do during your downtime. Good luck with it, and keep us posted. A tri-hull is pretty rough riding.
Boats purchased the engine from Homelite Division of Textron, Inc., Originally built by Lou Fageol who adapted a small auto engine into a high-performance marine engine. Homelite marketed the engine from 1962 until 1966 Fisher bought the motor.
