Please give me your gut instinct thoughts please. I will not be offended by anything. I appreciate any and ALL input. I acquired a 1968 Larson Shark or Runabout... Lapline Model 16+ foot Open Bow Outboard Boat. My primary use will be for Fishing. Please give me ideas what any of you would name it if you owned it.

Thank You Fishingstage Family

Open Bow. Duel Ice Chest or Live Well with central Drain. I’m really excited to get her on the water. 👍🏻👍🏻

Well,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I don't think I would name it for awhile. I would wait to see if it catches fish, and if it runs o.k.
I haven't seen a Homelite motor for a while. Do you know who made them? It looks like it might have been made by Chrysler. I think this boat might give you something to do during your downtime. Good luck with it, and keep us posted. A tri-hull is pretty rough riding.

Maybe name her bouncer. Being it’s a tri haul. i had one it was probably one of the more stable boats to fish out of, but it didn’t like rough water. Mine wasn’t the best of rides in rough water but was really stable to fish from.

I had a homelite chainsaw - was cheap but tough - worked well for 20 years until my son ran it into a chain link fence. Maybe their marine motors are equally tough.
Names? Its like having a baby, requires some thought, no hurry

I intend to name my Twin Troller, all 10 feet of her, "Lil' Titanic" because she's advertised as unsinkable.

The engine was based on the Crosley auto/industrial 750cc OHC (overhead cam) and was Homelite that developed further then Sold it to Fisher Pierce who refined it further to sell on 16' Boston Whalers.

4 cycle state of the art for boats. Fuel Efficient and less detrimental to the water and air.
