I have Panther Martin spinners in every tackle box I own and that’s several. Black with red dots and a gold blade and yellow with red dots and both blades, silver and gold.

A beetle spin will catch anything. I don't use one every trip but I wouldn't leave home without one.

If it’s a SHTF situation & you can have only one type lure —- Beetle Spins hands down.

Hey dalonza, guess no one else thought the mister twister worm was such a good idea,oh well. You know most of these guys are old and can’t remember a world renowned lure like the twister worm and the gals are too young to have known about its popularity. We know!

Is that the mister twister soft plastics started in 1972? When I was a sophomore in high school? There’s a reason most of us don’t use them😂. I’ve made all of my own soft plastics since microwave ovens became popular. You know Mister Twister was bought out by Mepps right? A long time ago. Like in the early 80s if I’m not mistaken.

I agree with the above, and would add a black head jig with red and white eyes with a good minnow soft body silver and black.
A new very high performer for me was a “chatter bait” . I’ve caught bass and catfish with it... put a couple in your box of different colors..
Tight lines!
