I live in the same area. Went to High Falls yesterday and it's really muddy with lots of floating debris. Had been catching largemouth and stripers using a SSR 7 shallow Shadrap in crawfish color and a KVD 1.5 shallow runner in the silver with green top. Haven't had any luck fishing plastic worms. Fishing around docks and blowdowns. Didn't get a thing yesterday though. Water temp is 71° but after the heavy storms over the weekend the water is really muddy. When it gets a little warmer at night I'll start night fishing at Sinclair. Seven inch junebug Culprit worm did well there last year. Haven't fished Jackson in years. Juliette is the lake that just skunks me. I can't catch a thing out of that lake but it sure is pretty. Is there any way to send a personal message via this forum?
