And just think, you can do that any time you want now.

Took the opportunity with one nice day in-between storms to get back on Berryessa. On the water at 7 am and by 11 am, no fish, one bite. Went to a new area and it was ON! Caught 8 fish and lost 3. All spots and smallies. One spot weighed in at 4.2 lbs and had one smallie tip the scales at 3.6 lbs. Called it a day and got the smile on my face home before 4 pm. Yesterday's limit was right at 17 lbs and all fish returned to the Lake. Retirement is FISHTASTIC!

Way to go! Nice.

Nice goin' Steve. Glad to hear you're enjoying retirement. No more waiting for a day off to fish is what it's all about. Do it while ya can, cuz ( speaking from personal experience) at some point it may become to difficult to do every or most days. Fish on, Brother !

Thanks nutz! When that day comes I guess I'll have a grandchild in my lap listening to my fishing stories. I just pray that will be a while yet.
