Hello from Eastern WA.
Sorry about that: anyway, my son just bought a 24' tri-marian (sp?), for use on Lake Pend Oreille next spring and summer. Hopefully you and I can get together on that for some spiny rays 😉!
I've got a 12' Porta Bote up on Whidbey Island at my Brother-in- laws with a 5hp Nissan 4 cycle outboard that's never been in the water. Bought the pair in 2007 and they've been up there ever since. I actually used My original Bote extinsively in and around Olympia where we lived from 2000 to 2015 but sold it for an aluminum boat when we moved to Spokane. Long story but now I own my B-I-L's Bote and he's got my 12' aluminum (either way, at 75, the wife and kids have forbade me to fish on anything But a pontoon or tritoon anymore 😓. Sorry to ramble on, good to know there's somebody on here from our neck of the woods.....☘
Hey all I'm in pullman this summer and desperately need to get out. Is there anyone who knows of a good campground near a river I can catch some trout on? I have struggled this far to find anything other than the snake which is boring with a bunch of boring campgrounds. All responses are welcome and I will be eternally greatful for any advice (you can PM me I don't know anyone else interested in fly fishing and won't ruin your fishing hole I promise). Help a brother out someone, I see lots of streams and could really use some rainbow trout in my life
Spiny Rays include perch, bluegills, sunnies, crappies and even bass in some areas. Think about trout, and almost any other type fish that tastes Fantastic can be classified as a spiny ray! They’re fun to catch, a challenge to fillet, and a delicacy to eat…..☘️
