Can you believe this??

I try to ignore it, but I occasionally fail. 😩
I should be calloused by now, but… I just hate to think of ANYONE going to hell. 🙏🏻
I don’t think it makes any difference. One of them... (show quote)

That’s a great attitude to have and that’s what we should do but I have lost most of my compassion and every man has his own mind and freedom to make their own choices way I look at it now if someone asks I’ll tell them what I think and believe but I go with the don’t cast diamonds on swines ears or however it goes like ol willie Nelson says if I die and go to hell it’s nobody’s fault but mine people just deny and go through life the easiest way they can without having to worry that they’re wrong it’s the way society has taught people to live now days

I believe regardless of what people assume here. I really know it’s sad the most proclaimed Christian here can’t just ignore what he doesn’t like. Always gotta say negative things. Real Christians are taught NOT to act or talk this way.

If this topic is for curiosity there shouldn’t be any put down by ANYONE no matter what regardless of how people believe or don’t.

It’s too bad the religious topics are not banned just as political talk is. It really doesn’t mean someone isn’t a believer either but to talk fishing. Avoid conflict.

But I’ve gotta disagree here.
You have a choice as to whether you read it or not.

I wondered the same thing. I have read through it all and didn’t see anyone impugned by any comment. I felt it was an easy question to answer as to how do you celebrate Christmas as a nonbeliever, as Christmas is an original holiday about the birth of a Savior. The comments I read by others were honest and nowhere did I see anyone become insulting or degrading another because of their answer. The answer pass me a beer was just as forth coming as one’s personal testimony. My years as a LEO Christmas was a time when bar owners dropped of numerous cases of liquor for the dept officers. I never took any but those that did, it was their business, none of mine. If asked why I didn’t take any, my answer was that I didn’t drink. I was honest and they were just as accepting.

With 194 views to this moment How come only Believers are posting here?

Are the non believers afraid to admit to celebrating Christmas without the reason for the season?

I think more than myself would like to know.

Nope. I'm a non-believer, and I celebrate Christmas as a cultural holiday. All the carols, a tree, decorations, and time with family.

That is probably the most common way of celebration. Christmas certainly is a time with family. I feel for those, who over time, can not celebrate as previous times because of their losses. Holidays as such, that were family time, definitely become stressors.
