Prayers are always welcome Sitn. The wife and I are believers in the power of prayer. The results may not always turn out the way we want them, that's not really our call. But praying gives hope and as mere mortals upon this earth, hope keeps us going. Thank you for your kind words and your prayers as mention are welcomed and appreciated.

There is one benefit to the illness that I hope you also have learned Plumbob, I did, you wil discover in yourself a depth and capacity for love that you never dreamed possible. I join my prayers with all the rest.

Graywulff another benefit of being retired is that our relationship has grown. Spending 24/7 with someone does take us back to the time of that first meeting of the eyes when all one wants to do is be with that person. That depth has been reached and the capacity of love grows with each sunrise. Hope gets us through the day, prayers gives us answers, and Love gives us life.

Friends and fishing, well that's the Lords blessing of a bonus.

My first wife is battling alhimers. I still pray for her as my two daughters go 100 miles each to help her. My second one died from an aortic aneurism. I am on the third and last one now, the best one yet. She even goes fishing with me as well as cleaning the cats I catch. I pray for her too.

Wives are the best fishing buddies there are. You're a lucky man.
