I’d rather be still paying full price.

Excited for you Bevanddon, that’s a Nice perk! Out here, when I turned 65, and had been an Oregon State Resident for over 50 years ( I was born here) I get a Combination Hunting & Fishing License for $6, and an almost 1/2 price Elk Tag. Saves me a little over $90 a year, and that almost pays for a tank of gas to go fishing! 😁 Have a Great time out this year with your new Perk!

We get a free license every year after we turn 70. It’s nice to get something after all we have contributed.

Maryland is $5 for a senior consolidated fishing license (fresh and saltwater) after you turn 65. Another thing they do for salt water is offer a boat tag for $50/year. It covers everyone on the boat. Great for family or friends that only get out occasionally. However, it doesn’t matter if you’re 100 years old. It stays at $50.

I also got my “fish for life” license. One perk for getting old. I am in northeast Indiana.

I agree with Orion72. I’d rather keep paying full pop and regress in age

We have nothing in California, except I get a reduced fee for a disabled vet.
TEXAS, HOWEVER, offers ANY disabled Vet a free Combo Hunt/Fish license. Just have to be 50% or greater service connected disability. You don't even have to be a resident of Texas.

Now that's the way it should be,
resident or non. I'm exempt in Delaware but full price in the other 5 states I have a license for.
