Fished for two days straight and no fish? Anyone want to tell me what’s up?
Look, I understand people tell me temperature and pressure but does that actually matter? I’m in NorCal and I literally went to 5 different lakes in the time of two days. Total of 12 hours of fishing and 0 bites. I fished with lizard, frogs, worms. I even got sick and tired of using plastics and changing my rigs/lures. That I threw a bait line in there with live bait. Nothing!

Try worms, leeches, live crawfish, shiners, anything. Change how you’re presenting them. Go early or late

I went at 8AM each day. Stayed until around 5PM. I tried night-crawlers- we got a nibble yes but it was a damn nibble. I’m heated I used both off days to catch nothing. Just frustrated, I’m going to try again next week.

Try smaller segments of crawler-maybe an inch long, double hooked through one end.
Also, try live crawfish. Tie a rubber band around their abdomen (behind the legs) and slide the hook under the band. That way you don’t kill the crawfish but still get the movement.
As for artificials, can’t go wrong with a weightless Texas Rig senko or YUM dinger

Bass really go for live crawfish? I just can’t see them going for that nor can I see catching a crappie or bluegill off of it. I know Bass eat anything but a shelled fish I just can’t see.

Tell me about it I've been fishing for 6 months now and haven't caught a single bass, but I just keep trying

Dude, I got a co-worker selling me a kayak for 200. So, I’m going to fish with that. Since I can literally just swim to the hidden spots cause I feel like the spots I’ve been going to have been getting fish a lot due to it being on the bank.

Nice, kayaks are quiet so it should help

That's why it's called fishing, instead of catching.

If you’re learning to fish, I love catching bluegill. Also, if they’re available pumpkinseed are beautiful. They usually inhabit the same water as bass.
They are also very eager. If your state does a fishing report, start there and see how others are doing.

Try 5-6 instead of 8 am. And if you can get some live bait, like minnows
