Good morning, Stagers!!!
Overnight, Patchy fog after 5am. Otherwise, mostly clear, with a steady temperature around 62. West wind 3 to 5 mph.
Saturday, Patchy fog before 8am. Otherwise, sunny, with a high near 83. Breezy, with a west wind 7 to 16 mph, with gusts as high as 24 mph. The current temp. is 62*, with 92% humidity, and the air quality is excellent.
We got a nasty storm last night with 70 - 80 MPH winds, lightning & thunder, and heavy rain, 3/4". The TV was talking about having to take cover and baseball-sized hail, but that didn't materialize. This is a good thing, because we don't have a basement, and my pick-up has to sit in the driveway.
We're going up to Caledonia today to tie up some loose ends, go to Mass and meet the new priest. We are still members of the St. Mary's parish and are planning to have our funerals there.

Good morning Leo, and all to follow. Your severe weather never got here. Nobody needs the 70+mph winds, but we sure could have used the rain! 65 now, heading for 85 later. We are golfing today in a scholarship fund raiser with the next door neighbor and her boyfriend. It should be fun!

Just because it's Saturday, we start the day talking about cooking meat, huh? Sounds yummy to me!! I might just do some lamb shanks for dinner this evening. It's been a while since we've had that.
