Some men say they don’t wear their wedding band because it cuts off circulation. Well, that’s the point, isn’t it?

After serving 34 years in the US Army and my electric MOS dealing with communications I didn’t wear mine. Got use to it and only wear it now when I remember to put it on.

They are a safety Hazzard.

Learned not to stick my hand under the dash after electrical burn.
Twice got it caught on construction equipment.

Not fun no rings😵‍💫

And hear I thought it was there to remind us of our anniversary. Complete with names just in case I have a senior moment.

I too didn't wear a ring working in the machine shop. Look up photos of a "finger avultion" to see what can happen.
Not while you're eating.

If women had their way it would be worn pierced in the nose with a chain attached to lead us around.

I don't know guys. I put mine on January 11, 1975 and I've NEVER taken it off since.
Thet've told me a few times when I was goin into different surgeries that I had to take it off.
I just looked at them and said. "It won't come off. " So they just put tape around it.

Good idea for Mechanics, Machinists, Commercial Fishermen, and others, too. So you can still do this 🤲🏽.

Though I do not wish to search avultion; it reminds me of many decades ago when a colleague, wearing a simple wedding band jumped of the welding truck, got stuck on something. Hasn't had a finger there ever since.

People should have a tattoo on their finger to signify that they are married. It would be safer and cheaper.
