Hello everyone, Hey went to Big Lake last week,it was dead as a door nail and there were lots a boats out there.Nights are still cold and it seems like fish are still dormy I got a few hits but single hits no return.talking to the guys at the boathouse all seem to agree we are about a month from good big lake fishing.they had a he'll of a winter up there.i will be back in june.ok there's my 2 cents take care

Both it's a name that also describes the lake size. And also can be used to describe the fish that call it home! There really is some BiG ol rainbows in there! I caught a 6 pounder out of there Sept. Of 2022. And that is small compared to some of them pulled out of there!!
