Yes...sad to hear this news yesterday for sure. He has always been a favorite of mine. Got to see him play live only one time many years ago in an open air concert at a community park in Indianapolis, IN.

I think that many of my favorites from his collection are the ones that never had much air play. "The House You Live In" comes to mind right away.

Didn’t know that, loved his music and lyrics. Was just painting cabinets out in the garage and Sundown played, came in for lunch and just logged on to find this news. Another of the greats gone.

Wow, RIP Gordon. Definitely on the soundtrack of my junior high/high school years. Memories associated with each of those songs came flooding back as I read the list.
