Went out this morning at 4:00AM and got to fish till 8:00. Tied on a jig for a change and broke a nice fish off on the first cast. Picked up my go to tight line and it was on. Caught one in the dark then three more before the wind ran me off the lake. Biggest fish today went 4.20. Fun time even for a short trip. Saw lots of fish on the scope but didn't pound on them, gotta leave a few without a sore mouth for next week for when Billycrap2 gets here. We should hit them just about right.

Man them are some nice one's Ivey. Hope you an Billy have a ball catching fish πŸ‘

There are quite a few videos on You Tube now, One of the better is Bass master Brandon Lester's video. It's really not a new technique, I picked it up years ago while Crappie fishing. Kept catching Smallmouth so I adjusted a little and got the technique right for the Smallies. Now I'm even see it used by the Bass Masters so the secret is out.

Ivey I use that rig for crappie all the time sometimes even under a bobber just to hope keep it a certain depth. I just pop that cork an let it settle an then do it again or pop an reel very slowly. Works great πŸ‘
