I'm trying to get some new ideas on what to eat for breakfast. So, I thought I would ask my buddies, you can never go wrong there.

I rotate my breakfast from 2 Engish Muffins with honey butter, & peanut butter on them. or 4 pieces of toast, with the same toppings. Or, 2 packages of instant oatmeal with raspberries and either a banana, apple, or some other fruit or berry in it. Or, two kinds of cereals in a bowl with the same toppings. And usually, on a Sunday morning, we will have eggs, pancakes, French toast, or waffles, with some kind of meat with them.

What do you guys have?

Grew up eating cold cereal...and I have not changed. I switch between Honey Bunches of Oats, Cheerios and Corn Chex these days about every 3 weeks to make for some variety. Always topped with blueberries, strawberries or raspberries. Compliment that with a robust glass of Florida's Natural orange juice and then every other day I include a small banana.

If I want to add pizazz sometimes I'll treat myself to a Nutrigrain fruit bar...sort of like a cookie!

Typically, a bowl of granola mixed with yogurt and either blueberries or raspberries during the week and pancakes on the weekends.

My wife has a raspberry pop tart almost every morning, (me I like my biscuits and gravy over three eggs and bacon 🥓🥓🥓 (and yes she gets up and fixes it every morning) unless we are going out then I'll get the same thing if there's a Cracker barrel close by 😂 my wife is the best and she's the first to say where we are going fishing tomorrow fresh or salt water.

I usually have an omelet with onion, mushrooms and asparagus. Sometimes add cheddar cheese. With black coffee. Occasionally switch to oatmeal with blue berries or raisins.

Usually cold cereal (no added sugar) with fruit. Lately, it's been Wheaties & raisins or banana.
Once or twice a week my Bride will make me scrambled eggs (sometimes with green/red peppers from her garden), toast & sausage.
Ooops, almost forgot the 3 cups of coffee!

Taylor Ham, egg & cheese on a hard roll with a little ketchup & black pepper is my "go-to" for a road-trip "grab'n'go" from a local deli & maybe a cinnamon/raisin bagel w/ cream cheese...

At the campground, nothing beats frying up some "One-Eyed Egyptians" & crisp Bacon!

Mickey

Good morning Leo, yep like they say most important meal of the day is breakfast.

Next oatmeal day Leo, try the Quaker Oats steel cut oatmeal. A little pricy but just like what were raised on. um um Good.

And some days going with Chucks wife here, except 2 pop tarts breakfast of champions.

Just got to feed the sweet tooth now and then.

She's been telling me about the way I eat but I believe it's all the stuff that is in the food today, we grow most of our food and put it up the old fashion way and my grandpa was 97 when he passed away they had a smoke house in Kentucky and they raised all of their stuff....
