yes amazing the type of waters the coast guard is willing to jump into. this story has a lot of side issues as well what is with leaving a dead fish on a porch????

so are the looking at it as a threat to someone I. the house or just some kind of sick joke? maybe they will charge him with fishing without license or something. it looked like a pretty decent boat he took and wrecked. better know what you are doing if you are going to go out on that water
