This is a Lizard Fish (Florida Lizard Fish) common in brackish saltwater all through Florida! They are quite common to most experienced Florida fishermen! There are 2 types--the Banded Lizard Fish and the Spotted Lizard Fish. I suggest buying the book "The Fisherman's Guide to Florida Saltwater Fish "before" going fishing in Florida--it will enlighten you as to what you can keep (or what you can't), and may also keep you from getting seriously ill from eating or handling some species that are extremely poisonous!

It looks very much like a Buffalo Fish especially the shape of it’s body. BUT, it appears to have. barbels under it’s chin. That would make it a Carp. Maybe it’s pregnant and that would distort the shape.
Lots of guesses about the 2nd fish. Some are saying Coronet Fish, Trumpet Fish etc. The mouth and the fin behind it’s head makes me think it’s some sort of Eel.
I honestly couldn’t find it.

There are several carp species, but this one looks a little disproportionate to me. Contact your local fish and game and text him the photo and I'm sure you'll get an accurate answer. Let us know what he says.

P.S. I have my local F&G Officer on my phone. If I am out fishing and encounter an issue, I have his number readily at hand. Has come in handy several times. Have used it several times with dangerous boater, and poachers, etc.

Here in Indiana game officers are called Conservation Officers. My Grandfather was James Dallas Pitzer the only Conversation Officer shot and killed in the line of duty. He was murdered by a poacher. Every year the Pitzer award is given out to the Outstanding Conservation Officer for the entire state of Indiana.
