Hello Saw. I'm not looking forward to it but I've got 18 fruit trees to trim up starting this weekend. I didn't get them trimmed last year so the're pretty wooley right now. I've bought some carbide toothed Sawzall blades just for pruning & using my battery powered Sawzall the job should be easier. Cutting the limbs has never been the issue, it's all that bending & stooping to pick up the limbs that bothers me. Good luck on your move Steve.

Yeah, ain't that the truth. My back was hurtin last night and I finished pickin up all the branches today. I cut all mine by hand. It takes awhile.
Now gotta go up to Tahoe and do snow removal.

Fruit tree trimmings burning in a fireplace has a great aroma. I used to gather them at a commercial nearby orchard.

I cut the bigger branches up to use in my Webber grill to smoke Turkeys.
Works for other meats as well.
