Hello Jeep. It looks like you do what I do. When the supermarkets put rib roasts on sale, I ask for the whole Cryopak. I just got a rib for $5.99lb. 16lbs for about $90. I cut the ribs off for soup stock and cut the boneless ribeye about 1 inch and vacuum seal. Yum
