Headed out to a little state lake over in Jersey this afternoon in search of some crappies. Zero on the craps but found some nice gills and pretty good perch.

Definitely a great catch BK! Really plump on that perch...and nice bluegills too! That had to be a lot of fun...even though I suspect the temps were on the chilly side....

Thank you FY, I enjoy the entire outing from the catching, filleting, and ultimately putting them in the furnace until the next outing.

Thanks NJ, keep it up with those stripers. I’ve read there was a ton of peanuts in the surf from Sandy Hook down to Manasquan inlet the last few days and the bite was on.
