Bank or boat? Cast and retrieve or trolling?
Beautiful fish, nice catching.
Does anyone still bait with any of the powerbait flavors or worms and use a bobber off the bank? Many a lazy couple of hours spent daydreaming waiting for a trout to hit. Most of the posts by just about all the stagers involve a lot of semi-frenetic activity using voodoo gear to get a little relaxation. Yup, me too...but I do love just sitting on the bank relaxing and enjoying a non rushed pipefull of a dark cavendish watching the wild critters running around.
Very nice. What's your technique fishing mouse tails?

We must be long lost brothers, kick back in my chair on the bank with power bait or mouse tails enjoying a good cigar and waiting. Don't want to put no stress on the old ticker.

Small siding sinker main line then a small swivel, about 18 inch 6 lb leader tied to # 6 circle hook with a floating power bait nugget then the mouse tail find they float real well that way.
