It's a little after 9PM here. I imagine most of you are back home safe or home if you didn't travel. I hope you all had a nice, satisfying day. Share some highlights with us if you want. I had two highlights. The wonderful meal my wife cooked and the side dishes the family brought. The other was sitting with my 5 month old grandaughter watching football while her parents ate their Thanksgiving meal.

All was great. Turkey with all the trimmings you could ever dream of. Family always bring joy. I escaped the noise to watch my Cowboys do what they do. Great game. Hopefully heading out in the morning to try to locate the trout. Maybe the rain will hold off until I am done.

We had lots of great food, still have leftovers, enjoyed watching football games. I don't do Black Friday mad mad mad shopping rush, go after Christmas sale's or keep my money in my pocket.

Went visit one branch of the family and had a nice visit with them, ate way too much and watched some entertaining football games.
Going to step out of my comfort zone and go to a store for a Black Friday special in a minute…am praying for patience 😉
Have a great day all!

This year my family was split. My oldest daughter is in Spain. My GS is 13 and a pretty good soccer player.he got invited into a program overseas where he is training with the Madrid Real soccer team and playing against local teams. My other daughter and her three girls were here with me and my wife. The grands are getting older now, rhe youngest is 13, so fewer giggles and more good conversation. Great day, but I was exhausted. I was out cold by 2115.

That's cool about your grandson. All three of my kids played soccer.

Sorry you couldn’t be all together for the holiday, but what a great opportunity for your Grandson!

He seems to really enjoy the Game, which if the most important. And he is good at it. He played defense last year a lot, and the team was unscoeed on while he was in for 10 straight games.

A couple of hours after the feast, I woke up in my recliner and wondered why don't they market tryptophan pills as a sleep aid?
