Unfortunately out here in California you can. However, they are tryin to impose a slot limit here. It's about time too. It'll stop these people from keepin all these BIG fish they catch.
Just 1 of those BIG females can produce millions of eggs and help keep the Striper population healthy. Just MO though.

my guess they can read underwater structure by way the waves are breaking
troughs and humps?
