Thanks, Kerry. It’s Lake Chabot in Northern California. I’m down here caring for my folks,so it makes for a great getaway for a couple of hours…

Thanks, Betts. I started about 6 weeks ago. Now I’m averaging 7+miles a day, 6 days a week. The location and scenery makes it so much easier to get out there. And I’ve got a lot of free time…

They are, thanks for asking. They’re in good health but they’re in their mid 90’s and getting around has become limited. So I’m the gopher, chief cook and bottle washer. It’s taken a huge load off of them. They prefer to stay in there home versus assisted living at this point. So I’ll help them out for as long as they need me…

🐟onThat is so good that you are able to do that for them. I wouldn't want to move either. When it gets tough for me to walk up stairs to the Bedrooms or my Rod Room, I will either put an elevator in or one of those seats that go up a track along the stairs. I hate moving regardless the age.

It is, Kerry. And I feel that it’s my responsibility to step up and help them out. Their family, but more importantly their Mom and Dad. Yeah, there ya go. One of those chair lifts will work for you…
