Nice post Bob. I was reaching the point of saying good bye to the 9 to 5 but then a recession hit in 2008-09. Laid off from my dream job, 401k gone, house and cars gone, wife and kids gone.

Think it can't happen to you? So did I. Seize the day. Your life can change in a heartbeat. I've bounced back but retirement, not in the cards at 68 or anytime soon.

GW that's so true. So many of us work n worry about things we can't control. It took me too long to figure that out. Now I focus on thing I can change. Like location on the water n which lure to use. 👍😊🎣
