I can't respond to my on post. Because I was rude. But what I don't understand is why me. The man that provoked me should be banned. I am not the only one he has tried to start something with. I was in the wrong I do admit that. But people like that should not be able to be on something that makes everyone else happy.

Admin is the jailer, a pm to him is your best route

Sometimes it is not a mean thing, just the way we interpret what was said. Maybe the admin. should ask all of us to get a better part of this. Either thru a post that we answer back in a pm, or a blanket pm to all of us, asking who we ever had problems with, if any.

I don't know if you are aware that you can "click on" anyone's "User Name" (right in any post) and be taken to their "Profile"... THERE, you can choose to "Ignore" them; and, I have done that with a few people, for a few days; to AVOID my OWN potentially "highly inappropriate response" to some crap, some of these i***ts, sometimes have to say... Then, once I'M COOLED DOWN; I "Unblock" the "User" in question.

I hope you stick around here. It is very sad some like to create problems that are never needed in a great community. Keep your head up. March on and try to avoid people like that. Ignore is an option. It is simple to activate. Click on the Culprit and push ignore. It will not allow them to hassle you with posts or PMs. You will see things they post but it can help. It sends a message to the problem. Best to try your heart out to avoid them.

I guess i missed what this is all about but just letting you know you aren't the first in what ever happen and you wont be the last. Just hang in there, time will heal the problem and chalk it up as a lesson learned.

Harris, I just found on another thread what it is all about. One of those things you don't say until you get to know the person better after being on here for awhile. And seeing who the culprit was, it wasn't his first open mouth insert foot spew.

Al though it was a little stronger than the striper vs stripper comments on new post that get posted.

That’s happened to me AB. someone makes a snide comment about a post I made so I responded the same way (which I shouldn’t have) and I’m the only one reprimanded for it while I see them continue to post. It’s just how things roll around here. It depends on what kind of mood Admin is in that day.

AB, I am glad you have decided to stick around. Ya just got off on a rough start. My estimate is that the participants here are at least 95+ A- OK folks. Sure we have a few wise guys and some who always seem to be bristling for a beef, but it's a tiny minority. If society in general had the same composition as we have, things would be just fine.
Parole from jail will come in time, and then you can have a fresh start. I've ben admonished a few times myself, and for good and valid reasons. I also have PM'd people I have offended and asked them to accept my apologies. To my surprise, they were all accepted, and we post back and forth now as if it never happened. That's a good thing ! nutz
