They stay green in color ? Ok ,Ill do that today when I water ,,thx,,

You can eat them green or red. Here in NM you can ask for Christmas chile and you will get both. Good eating. Enchiladas are made green or red. The green are usually chicken and I don’t care to much for chicken. Beef and cheese are both good.
