They look great. I thought peppers were annuals. We are canning plums right now. Plums, peppers, garlic, onions, peppers, ginger,Brown sugar, and a couple peppers, simmering in the big pot. Marinade and cooking sauce. We've jam and syrup. Get creative with a big crop. This cute little graft tree turned on the jets this year. Peaches, plums, apricots, nectarines all on one tree. Got a bunch of canned peaches. We ate the apricots and nectarines. If I'd known what a beast it would become, I would give it 40' of it's own space. Trim it every year, cut it way back every other. We have peppers, tomato, ochre, and peppers also. Cayene, jalepeno, couple others. And a few peppers. Looks great Bob! Our tomatoes are slow also though we get a few ripe every week.

Troy I don't know how. Steaming pots are the same everywhere. The tree I could recommend if you could only have one. Still should have more space than I gave it. Even trimmed it's 20' diameter. Keep it to about 12' tall on purpose. Picking with a long handled pluck basket. Planted in '16, a 7 gal. called Fruit Salad tree, a 5 way graft from our local nursery. Base is about 7" now, grafts 3+ ". 4 trees competing for the same sun, food, and water on one trunk. A beast.

Your bells are beautiful. Ours didn't take this year. They quit and died. I don't know why. Wife said I crowded the bed. Heck she's always right. Ochra is doing good though. I put garlic, red bells, radish, ochra, cilantro together. Only the ochra produced.

Doing well and hope the same for you and yours. The larger peppers you have there are perfect for stuffing. I've stuffed them with crawfish and shrimp, hamburger, smoked brisket and even seasoned deer and pork. Good stuff.

Have you had any luck with the seeds I sent you? I didn’t plant anything this year as I was remodeling house.
