History repeats itself

I ran across this one from the Obama administration:

Thought I'd pass along some advice my broker gave me today.

I called my stockbroker this morning and asked him what I should be investing in as I feel interest rates are going to be rising as they did during the late 70's early 80's.

So I told him I thought we ought to be looking to getting out of bonds and looking for a safe haven to invest. Should we move to precious metals, foreign currency or what?

He said to me, "If the current administration is in office much longer, canned goods, water and ammunition are your best bet!

I am no investment advisor but I don't see how canned food. water or ammunition is going to pay the bills or put gas in the tank. not a bad idea to have on hand but for investment not sure it will do the trick for the vast majority of people. some times you just do what you can do and trust God actually that is how it should always be

Yeah, I started up, as soon as I moved into this "new" address ( Halloween of 2017)... I've "seen this movie before"... Just gotta be mindful of "rotating your stock", so that a man is making use of the oldest products first.

That would be "the way to roll"; for anyone with the ability to do so! Also, to grow enough, to where you get "sick and tired" of CANNING; would be a good idea. ... But, ยกยกI'm hungry NOW!!; I need to make sure, that I've always got a little extra "grab'n gob" onboard; for those times, when my "regular grocery shopping routine" gets disrupted (for wh**ever reason).
