I don't know but somehow I am not comforted by president Biden giving Russia 16 critical infrastructure sites that are off limit to hacking. Seems to me if I were Putin I would say thanks for the heads up now I know where to concentrate my efforts. Of course this type of wisdom is what led president Biden to give a list to the Taliban of all those who had been helping us that he wanted to be let through to the airport. Am I missing something here is this just helping our enemies know where and who to target? Does it fall into the category of giving diplomacy a chance or is it giving aid to our enemies ?
