That depends on one's age Frank. 20 years back 3 would have done the trick. Now 3/4 way through one and its not throwing the last bite away. Oh and don't forget the fries. A must have there.

So to sum it up. " What DC says "

True and there’s enough in most things we eat without adding an extra gallon to, already oily, food. Plus the oils we use to deep fry things now are all processed and not what they used to be.

You gave a good answer for quantity. I understand about not eating as much as we used to. Brother in law and I used to eat a large pizza each and still be hungry. Now 2 slices and I’m full.

You got it right, we usually get everything our bodies need from the food we eat if we eat a verity..

True and if you raise your own, like I do, you have a little better idea what’s in it. Wild game is a crap shoot any more depending on where you get it but for the most part way better than meat you can buy in any store. Fish is another ball of wax to sort out. People say fish out of the ocean is the worst thing you can eat but I’ve eaten lots of it and I don’t think it’s done me much harm. I’d catch a fish out of the ocean and eat it long before I’d buy one from the grocery store and eat it that’s for sure.

Well cut back to one😂. I was starting to have some pain in my knees when I turned 63. I was a good 15 pounds over weight. I decided to just get more active and eat healthier. That did the trick. What I REALLY like about our air fryer is I love deep fried fish. The fried fish out of this air fryer tastes better than the deep fried fish I used to make and there’s no greasy mess at all. No greasy taste and I don’t feel like a grease logged slug after I eat it any more. It was hard for me to give up old family recipes but, actually, all I gave up was grease (cooking oil) and didn’t lose a bit of the flavor. Like I said before though, the cooking oil we have now is nothing like it was when obesity wasn’t the norm. Lots of processed crap on the store shelves now that didn’t used to be. We use Italian bread crumbs in place of the other coatings we used to use. Panko is really good but it’s a belly builder big time. Big bellies aren’t nice to weak knees and sore joints. I weigh the same right now as I did when I wrestled and played football in high school. Bounce back and forth between 162 and 166.👍Ice cream is my weakness and I haven’t been able to figure out how to make that in the air fryer yet🤪

Google Fried ice cream. May just be possible in a air fryer.

And for that cut back comment. Bit me.

This is ours. It’s 17” wide, 16” tall and 13” deep. Sorry for the fuzzy picture but you can get the gist I think. Biggest one we could find and we love it. The Italian crusted fish looks just like the deep fried fish I used to make only not greasy at all and very moist and flavorful.
