Anybody use an air fryer? It takes the health issues out of greasy fried foods and they taste just as good except you don’t wear half of your food. Lol

We got one for Christmas from my mom and we love it. It’s all about proper loading of what your cooking. Things “fry” up just like using oil.

Could probably move this to Chit-Chat I’m hoping air fryers aren’t that d******e.😂🙈🙉🙊

Asked and received one for Christmas from the kids. I should have specified the rectangular style vs the round one they got us. Round one works great for a side dish to go with the meal. Chicken drum sticks excellent, wings are fantastic, and enchiladas down right tasty. Jalapeno poppers, cheese curds, and chicken bites done in 6 minutes.

So i look at this one as a learning experience and will specify next Christmas.

I was given an air fryer by my daughter a couple years ago and was skeptical to say the least but after 2 years using it I find I love it. I could care less about the no fat cooking part of it and still like to deep fry my fish and fries when I have the oil and time but I have to say the air fryer does good. I will but cup up potatoes for fries on the bottom and then chicken on the rack cook them at the same time and end up with fried chickens and fries for two in 20 min. I like how it cooks bacon I put it in turn it on then cook my hash browns and eggs on the stove top and in 10 min all is done at the same time bacon cooked to perfection. I have cooked fish just coat spray a little pam type spray on the fish turn on the fryer and again cooked great. Left over pizza placed in the fryer and cooked for 5 min turns out better than when it is fresh. I highly recommend them, again not for health reasons but because they are really convenient and cook great I find I use it more than the micro wave. again doesn't replace deep frying foods just a lot more convenient with out all the mess, Dont think I will be cooking apple fritters in it any time soon. when you get one just get one big enough for what you need

you never know the use of oil can be pretty d******e in some parts of our country, before you know it we will be talking about pipelines and the leaders who shut them down, besides the attic is where all the good conversation is.

Yeah we have the big rectangular one. It’ll fry up a whole chicken that tastes just like the ones gramma made except no grease. It’s awesome. French fries with no grease and all that deep fried greasy fish is no longer dripping with grease and it tastes just as good if not better. It does anything an oven, deep fat fryer, frying pan or grill will do except add smoke flavor. One of our better investments and it gets things done quick with little to no clean up required.

We do need some fat for our bodies to work correctly. Just in moderation. Good health to all of you

That's right it's called a Big Mac every now and then.
