Try the points around the 515 bridge. Weed beds, standing grass, breaks off the point. They seem to like baits with red in them.

2 weeks ago they held the MLF tournament there and plenty big ones caught there. I think after the tournament the locals fished it hard for another week. With a couple more weeks rest I think the bass will be on with the spawning going on doing the month of March. You won’t catch a lot, but the ones you will catch will be 3 lbs and better. I would fish the hard bottom flats looking for the beds.
