Hello, My name is Ray and wanted to introduce myself. I'm from Iowa and fishing for something other than catfish is now a new hobby for me since I retired. Only been at it for a little over a year now. A friend got me hooked on bass fishing. Still in the learning stage but having a blast doing it. Getting ready to head down the Lake Fork in Texas in mid March for a week of fishing. Anyone out there have any idea on how the current fishing is there. Comments or tips on fishing this lake to help a newbie are certainly appreciated. Best regards and Thanks in advance.

Good mornin', Ray, Welcome to the stage. The TX. Fish and Wildlife put out a freshwater and saltwater fishing report but it's pretty general and really doesn't help much. I would call a local bait shop if you can find any. Good luck.
