Not a lot of productive waters nearby. Shabbona Lake is about 30 minutes from me. Heaviest pressured lake in the state and tough fishing. Been skunked more than I want to remember.
On the positive side, Bass Pro is only 45 minutes away.

I have to believe Amazon and other online outlets are taking a lot of the stock and business away from the brick and mortar stores, Covid certainly didn’t help and paying people to stay at home may be the final nail in the coffin.

I agree. Covid and free money have turned things upside down. The ripple effects will last a long time.

Bingo OJ. I like to see what I'm buying. Plus Chylo doesn't enjoy watching me shopping online as much as the trip to store. One bark buy it two barks no 3 barks get the Hxxl outa here dad this place sucks. My personal shopper 🤣🎣

It's the Mom and Pop shops going out of business around here. Even the guys who had decent business say to much on-line competition is what our local shop said before the closed. I'm guilty of on-line buying too, just to easy to pay at the screen and pick it up on the door step.
