Just got home birds are in the refrigerator in the garage.
All we do is breast them RJ then we grind them up with lean pork and make Slim Jim's out of them.
And drink beer while we are doing it.!!
Good fishing to you this year.
Still have 3 more weeks of Ducking and goose season.

You are right it doseand I'm not a liver guy.
I some times soak the breast in milk and honey for a day then rinse the breast soak them with soy sauce for a day cut them in strips wrap them Bacon
And put BBQ but don't over cook the Bacon.
This takes out the liver tast !!

Cool, I had to ask as I only saw the 3 hunters. We don’t have many snows here, but I have some friends who travel to SD? and have some amazing shoots.
Have you ever tried making jerky out of them?

Have you ever tried meat from a Speckal Belly goose?
They taste like Roast Beef the breast of the bird.
Canadian Honkers taste very good also.
Have a great year fishing.
