The term 'anciet came to mind until
I remembered that it was our friend BB's other moniker 'The Ancient Mariner' (as per his buddy, BF), so it should be left to him alone ! Also,
only a few of us are actually close enough to truly qualify as such !

(I don't think any others of us have been around long enough to have known Noah or Methuselah on
a first-name basis !)

Terms such as 'Revered', '
Reverenced' or 'Venerable' come
to mind, but we still have too many younger folk to whom it may not
(yet) apply ! Do we have any further suitable suggestions ? πŸ˜ƒ

Good one ! That should also
apply mostly to some of our
'elders' (over 80s) as well,
though ! We who are merely
in our late-60s/early-70s still
have a ways to go before
we've earned that moniker !

Incidentally, that should have
been 'ANCIENT' in the previous
post - damned miss-type !
