The nicest thing is, by following the program I can play golf during the Summer to get in shape for the next hunting season! A win/win/win!
To be honest, this has been my way of life for over 40 years, anyway 😂
But NOW I have an OZ endorsed program to follow, so I’ve got that going for me…which is nice!
