For me fishyaker that is the first ice fishing pic i've seen here. Awesome pics, fish on ice, ski doo, sled a bucket made for fishing and a sled. Doesn't get much better unless you had a fire bucket next to you to warm up.
Where are the rod holders on the Ski doo?

I myself would pass on trolling from the Ski Doo...but one of my riding buddies could probably do it! He is a true daredevle and all you have to do is even "suggest" something zany to him and before long...all you hear is "watch this guys!"
If the temps are bitter, and there is any amount of breeze when ice fishing, I bring along a small shelter and one of those "little Buddy" propane heaters. You just need to be sure and let some outside air in the shanty for ventilation!
Nice and toasty inside with a heater. You can fish in a tee shirt!
My friend would probably take up a dare to "troll" while snowmobiling!
Who needs snow when you've got horsepower and "moxie"!

We do a lot of riding in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, which is typically where the best snow is. There are 4 of us that have formed a pretty tight group over the years for our miscellaneous adventures, and pretty much every season they try to goad me into doing open water crossings on the sled. I always say "no thanks!"....I don't mind being labeled as a chicken liver!
The "common sense" angel later appears on my shoulder and says "atta boy Brad"..."don't listen to your friends!"
It's all in good fun, and they have been doing it like that since they were kids...so they have the knowledge, balance and fortitude to make it happen...all the while making it look very easy. The key is to keep on the throttle at full bore until your skies touch shore! We've had a couple of close calls with "newbies" giving it a try and almost had to retrieve a few sunken sled's over the years... and then have to build a bon fire to dry a guy out!

I would be standing there right next to you fy in that common sense mode.
Now if i had tons of cash i would ask you if you want to ride along. Warming up by the fire sounds somewhat okay, provided liquid encouragement is provided to do it again.
