Fly, in Texas the daily bag limit is 3. Minimum length is 20”, maximum length is 28”. One Red Drum over 28” has to be tagged with a tag on the fishing license. Also, there is a bonus tag for over 28”. Both of those can be kept along with the daily bag limit.
