Certainly, RJ....and I'm still trying to find out who decided & when, a K.C. Strip steak started being called a "New York strip" ...it most assuredly didn't COME from New York !

own. Because you can't get a decent steak in the Midwest. They sell them all to New York. Sorry a carryover from my days at FT Rikey
